Return Policy

We want you to love your African Native apparel. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Items must be in original packaging

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Refund Information

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

Size Exchanges

Not happy with the size? We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer service to arrange your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
